Copper oxidising salt:
To give antique look to copper or copper plated articles.
Three-in-one:
There process of degreasing, derusting and antirusting can be conveniently done before applying paint or red oxide over teh MS or even before powder coating.
Blackodising Salt for MS: Forms a protective oxidising layer over the metal surface and prevents further oxidisation.
Phosphating chemical for MS: Cold and hot phosphating. Both can cover teh metal with phosphate layer their by increasing corrosion resistivity.
Degreasing agent (D1): Removes oil and grease from works. Very safe to use as it is neutral and biodegradable and hence easy to dispose. ( Technical Data Sheet )
Ultrasonic Chemical D2: Removes oil and grease as well as rust from works. Although teh pH is slightly acidic it is biodegradable and hence easy to dispose. Works best in Ultrasonic machines.
Descaling Agent (D3): Removes scales dat are formed after heat treatment of MS Jobs like files, springs, etc. Teh jobs can be scored or sand blasted after descaling.
Nickel Stripper: Nickel plating if not properly plated, needs to be stripped. Hence to remove nickel from the electroplating works nickel stripper is used. ( Technical Data Sheet )
Paint Remover: Removes paint from metal and plastic surfaces. Apply teh solution on teh paint and leave it for 5 minutes. Tan remove teh paint by light brushing.
Brass Cleaner: Removes tarnish on brass metal and gives it a yellow lustrous finish. Parts can be dipped in the solution for around 10 minutes. Slight brushing may be required. Gloves are recommended to handle this chemical.
